The gram weights are correct and are unchanged; only the bogus ounce fragments are removed. A spoon or cup measure sharing the same parentheses is kept, since that one is real.\n\n","draft":false,"servings":"4","prep_time":"15 minutes","cook_time":"20 minutes","total_time":"35 minutes","created_at":"2020-11-27T17:43:11Z","updated_at":"2026-07-30T22:13:02.729334Z","categories":["Main"],"tags":["Chilis","Garlic","Guajillo","Shrimp"],"methods":["Stove-Top"],"themes":["Weeknight"],"ingredients":[{"section":"","items":["-   30g dried guajillo chiles","-   120ml (½ cup) water","-   1/2 tablespoon soy sauce","-   6 cloves garlic; 2 chopped, 4 sliced thin","-   1 teaspoon salt, divided","-   907g (2 lbs) extra-large shrimp (21 to 25 per pound); peeled,","-   1/2 teaspoon ground cumin","-   1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper","-   3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil","-   2 tablespoons lime juice","-   2 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut in two pieces","-   2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro"],"parsed":[{"raw":"-   30g dried guajillo chiles","qty":30,"unit":"g","item":"dried guajillo chiles"},{"raw":"-   120ml (½ cup) water","qty":120,"unit":"ml","item":"water"},{"raw":"-   1/2 tablespoon soy sauce","qty":0.5,"unit":"tbsp","item":"soy sauce"},{"raw":"-   6 cloves garlic; 2 chopped, 4 sliced thin","qty":6,"unit":"clove","item":"garlic; 2 chopped, 4 sliced thin"},{"raw":"-   1 teaspoon salt, divided","qty":1,"unit":"tsp","item":"salt","prep":"divided"},{"raw":"-   907g (2 lbs) extra-large shrimp (21 to 25 per pound); peeled,","qty":907,"unit":"g","item":"extra-large shrimp; peeled"},{"raw":"-   1/2 teaspoon ground cumin","qty":0.5,"unit":"tsp","item":"ground cumin"},{"raw":"-   1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper","qty":0.25,"unit":"tsp","item":"cayenne pepper"},{"raw":"-   3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil","qty":3,"unit":"tbsp","item":"extra-virgin olive oil"},{"raw":"-   2 tablespoons lime juice","qty":2,"unit":"tbsp","item":"lime juice"},{"raw":"-   2 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut in two pieces","qty":2,"unit":"tbsp","item":"unsalted butter","prep":"cut in two pieces"},{"raw":"-   2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro","qty":2,"unit":"tbsp","item":"chopped fresh cilantro"}]}],"servings_int":4,"qc":{"status":"passed","last_checked_at":"2026-07-30T22:17:45.748758Z","checked_by":"claude-code","standard_version":"2026-07-29","findings_count":0,"stale":false}}
